MSA Portsmouth is a commercially operated training centre and has a fully integrated Wärtsilä Nacos Platinum system within the full mission bridge simulator and associated course provision.
The Portsmouth centre is a purpose-built, state of the art centre. The simulation locations have been created in partnership with global maritime simulation leaders, Wärtsilä (formerly known as Transas Marine).

MSA Portsmouth is situated in the Lakeside North Harbour business hub located near Portsmouth.
Lakeside North Harbour is very well-positioned for road, rail and air transportation links, set just off Junction 12 of the M27 and a few miles north of Portsmouth city centre. Southampton airport lies 18 miles to the west (approximately 25 minutes via M27) while London Heathrow and London Gatwick airports are both about an hour’s drive away.
