This 1-day assessment provides an initial assessment of technical and non-technical skills and competence expected for the rank. It provides an additional practical evaluation in support of a company’s core recruitment and selection methods, such as formal interview, psychometric testing and assessment centres.
Engineering Officer Proficiency Assessment
This course comprises a review and consolidation of technical and non-technical skills and competences expected for the rank.
The course duration will be determined in conjunction with the client, depending on the level of assessment required.
Engineering Officer Promotion Assessment
The objective of this programme is to identify the individuals who are ready and suitable for promotion. The assessment is designed to provide a measure of the individual’s current competencies in the evaluation criteria.
